The following message was shared with all registered Fall 2022 graduates regarding location changes to Fall 2022 Commencement Ceremonies. This email contains important information for all fall graduates; please read each section carefully to ensure you and your guests plan accordingly. |

| UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENTFriday, Dec. 9, 2022 | Neville Arena | 5 p.m. |
Graduates must arrive by 4 p.m. | Ceremony begins: 5 p.m.
Doors open for guests: 3 p.m.
****IMPORTANT VENUE UPDATE**** Based on weather forecasts predicting cooler-than-average temperatures on Friday, Dec. 9, the University Commencement will now take place in Neville Arena.
As a reminder, all graduates must attend the University Commencement on Friday to pick up your name card (required for Saturday’s college ceremonies). Graduates should plan to arrive by 4 p.m. through the Student Entrance and will receive a commemorative cord.
The ceremony features the commencement speaker, the official conferral of degrees, the recognition of students with academic honors, and CONFETTI CANNONS! The #AUGRAD sign will also be available for photos! Families and guests are welcome to attend and can enter through the main Arena entrance or the Scholarship Entrance. |

| ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION |
Any graduates with accessibility needs should contact the Commencement Office as soon as possible. Please email commencement@auburn.edu.- Guest Drop-Off: The Neville Arena parking lot provides easy, accessible drop-off and parking next to the Scholarship Entrance.
- Parking: An accessibility tag must be visible to enter/park in the Neville Arena lot. The Coliseum Parking Lot and the Stadium Parking Deck are adjacent available parking areas. Please visit the parking map to view all available parking areas.
- Entrance: Accessibility entrances are located at the Scholarship Entrance of Neville Arena. An elevator is provided at this entrance to access the main concourse levels.
- Seating: ADA seating on the main concourse is available on a first-come, first-served basis (reserved seating is not permitted). All accessibility devices, including mobility scooters, are allowed in Neville Arena.

| LIVESTREAM AND PHOTOGRAPHY |
All ceremonies are livestreamed and can be accessed here. Auburn University Photographic Services will take official photos of each graduate crossing the stage. Optional opportunities for graduation photos with Aubie will be available before each college ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 10.
All images will be available for free download two weeks after the ceremonies. |
