Auburn University’s Academic Advising Unit wants to share information about upcoming dates to be aware of:
Spring Registration: Registration for spring courses begins on Monday, November 6, and will run through Tuesday, November 14. Students can view their time ticket in their Academic Profile in AU Access. All students should check their registration status in their Academic Profile (AU ACCESS) each day leading up to their time ticket to ensure they do not have any holds and are cleared to register. Last Day to Withdraw: Friday, November 17, is the last day to withdraw from a course and receive a “W” with no grade penalty. Students can withdraw from a course using Tiger Scheduler or the Add or Drop Classes link in AU Access. Students are encouraged to consult with their professor, academic advisor, and other advisors prior to withdrawing from a course. If a student runs into issues trying to withdraw from a course, they can contact registrar@auburn.edu for assistance.
Final Exams: Final exams will take place Monday, December 4, through Friday, December 8. Students can find their final exam times in their course syllabi and on the Final Examination Schedule found here. Students should go ahead and confirm when their final exams will take place and plan accordingly.
Academic Suspension: Any student who is suspended at the end of the term will receive notice on the morning of Tuesday, December 12. Any student wishing to appeal must submit their appeal no later than 4:45 PM on Wednesday, December 13. Instructions for appealing will be included in the suspension notice email.
