Auburn University’s Part-Time Job Fair will take place on Wednesday, January 17, from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. in the Melton Student Center Ballroom.
This fair allows students the opportunity to network with a variety of local employers, including Auburn University, looking to hire Auburn students! These part-time positions are not only a way to earn income but also to gain relevant work experience that will make your student stand out among their peers.

How can you support your student?
- Talk to your student about their interests and the skills they want to develop. This can help guide them in selecting the right part-time opportunities at the fair.
- Offer to review your student’s resume and provide constructive feedback, or encourage them to make an appointment with Career Discovery and Success for a resume review.
- Suggest your student research participating employers in advance and prepare a brief introduction (elevator pitch). Confidence goes a long way!
