Dear Auburn Parents and Families,
We are delighted you registered to attend the Auburn University Parent & Family Association Tailgate at Auburn University. We have been working to create the best family weekend yet!
To ensure a great experience, please read this email in its entirety, as it has essential details regarding Fall Family Weekend, tailgate check-in, and football tickets. Also, please note that Auburn University is on Central Time.
Check-in
Fall Family Weekend check-in will occur on Friday, September 13, and Saturday, September 14. Please note that the location of check-in changes by day.
- Friday, September 13: Check-in is from 2–5 p.m. at the Campus Recreation Sportsplex, 811 Lem Morrison Drive, Auburn, AL 36849. (Note: this location is on the edge of campus, so you can drive over to pick up your tickets. If you do not have a car, we recommend picking up your wristbands at the event.)
- Saturday, September 14: Check-in is from 11 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the check-in tent next to the Fall Family Weekend Tailgate on Cater Lawn.
When checking in for the event, you will receive:
- Wristbands for each purchased tailgate ticket
- T-shirts (if you ordered them separately)
Please note that your student/designee can pick up any of these items for you. They only need your name and the email you used to purchase the tickets. Additionally, we can only issue the number of pre-purchased tailgate tickets. Same-day tailgate ticket sales are NOT available.
T-Shirts
All t-shirts must be picked up during check-in on Friday or Saturday. If you cannot come to check in, you can send a student or friend to pick up your shirts on your behalf.

Gameday
Our quaint 'Loveliest Village on the Plains' becomes an action-packed city filled with special activities on a game day. If you haven't visited Auburn's gameday before, you should visit the sites below to learn about Auburn traditions and experiences.
Auburn Athletics Gameday Site (includes information about parking, accessibility, and tailgating.
Parking
Friday, September 13: Some of the best places to park for Friday night events are the downtown Auburn parking decks. The Wright Street Parking Deck is located at 140 Wright Street, and the Auburn Bank Parking Deck is located at 149 Burton Street. Both are convenient to the parade route, the pep rally location, and many great restaurants.
Saturday, September 14: The downtown parking decks are still an option. Also, the Gameday website offers more information about parking options. Tiger Transit also offers unique routes on Gameday starting 3 hours before kickoff. Tiger Transit utilizes the ETA Spot app to let users view buses in motion and routes in real-time via the internet and smartphone. Click here to download the app for Apple phones or click here for Android devices.
Note: A common sight on Auburn gamedays are signs in local residents' yards offering parking at their homes. This is another great option if you want to park near campus.
Football Tickets
If you purchased a ticket to the Auburn vs. New Mexico football game through the Parent & Family Programs block of seats, you should have received an email with links to your digital tickets. Please note that Jordan-Hare Stadium is only utilizing digital tickets. You must use an electronic device to show your ticket for scanning.
If you plan on attending the game, please look at the Auburn Football Gameday website for important information.
If you have not received your tickets for the football game or have other questions about ticketing for the football game, don't hesitate to contact the Auburn Ticket Office at 855.282.2010, option one, or ticketsales@auburn.edu. This is the best point of contact for football and football ticket-related issues.
