A Parent’s Guide to Auburn Football Parking

Posted 15 days ago  in Auburn NewsParent & Family News.

Parking for Auburn football games can be challenging, but a little planning goes a long way toward making your arrival smoother and less stressful. No matter where you choose to park, be prepared to get your steps in, as the gameday experience will always require a substantial amount of walking often in warm weather.

After 5:30 p.m., most campus parking lots open to the public. The specific details can be viewed here.

However, parking is completely different on football gamedays.

On-Campus Parking

    Off-Campus Parking

    • The Wright Street Parking Deck is located at 140 Wright Street, and the Auburn Bank Parking Deck is located at 149 Burton Street. Both are convenient options but often fill quickly. These are also great options for parking on Friday.
    • Auburn First Baptist Church at 128 E. Glenn Avenue opens 4 hours before kickoff and operates on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $40. Auburn United Methodist Church offers similar parking at 137 S. Gay St. opening at 7 a.m. for $65. Vehicles must be removed within 4 hours after the game ends.
    • If you're open to a park-and-ride option, Tiger Transit offers a convenient off-campus parking shuttle. You can find detailed instructions on how to use the system here.
    • Additionally, it’s common to see residents offering gameday parking in their yards, which is an excellent alternative if you’re looking to park closer to campus.
